Edward R. Weber, PRP, CPP-T, provides an important balance of professional accreditation, practical experience, and interpersonal skills.

He has a B.S. in Ch. Eng. from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from St. Louis University. He is a member of Toastmasters International and Mensa. He is one of less than one-hundred parliamentarians in the world to be accredited both as a CPP-T and a PRP.

Dick has served a broad range of clients including the Republican National Committee, the Train Collectors Association, the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association, St. Louis County Municipal League.
