AIP Snapmeetings offers a 10-lesson on-line correspondence course designed for the beginning presiding officer or board member who wants to know the basics of parliamentary procedure. The course uses Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, 10th Edition, includes .PDF study materials for each topic, and requires successful completion of an on-line exam in order to receive the final completion certificate.
